Description
Small dog, possibly a West Highland Terrier mix found running around on Grand Parade on Wednesday 13/11/13.
He has black and beige ears and brown and cream fur. He is not neutered.
He was found with no collar or microchip and was in poor condition at the time.
Very friendly little dog and currently he is in safe hands. Would love to find the owner and bring him home.
