Found in balinspittle walking down the road seemingly coming from the playground towards centra. has a black collar and a two tone blue leash. curly haired on his torso and a beard around his face. brown eyes. black torso and tan coloured legs and lower face. young looking dog. no id tag on collar. haven’t scanned for a microchip.
