Male Jack Russel Terrier lost in Cork City

HELP ME FIND SCAMP & BRING HIM HOME!!!
My year old Jack Russel boy, Scamp, jumped out of the car window whilst stopped at the traffic lights in Cork City Centre, at the Christy Ring Bridge, yesterday at approximately 1pm. I pulled over straight away and got out, due to the rain the search didn’t go so well. As it was early in the afternoon just as the downpour hit, he could be absolutely anywhere by now. I’m hoping someone nice has picked him up and taken him in out of the rain, looking after him.
He has the friendliest attitude possible and he’s just the sweetest little guy. He’s my best friend. I would greatly appreciate any help and or advice as to what to do.
All pounds, vets, wardens, gardai, everything i could think of, have been notified.
He’s very distinctive and has two distinguishable features. He has a long tail, (uncommmon in terriers) and an underbite which makes him look like he is constantly smiling. He is wearing his brown leather collar but has no I.D/Name tag.
