Not sure if it helps, I saw a German Shepard loose in Kerry Pike area yesterday evening, bout 5:30pm. Looked very lost and clearly had been missing a while. Not sure if its the same dog as this one was very dirty, and didn’t seem to have any collar, dunno if male or female, but was looking at the cars as they drove past and trying to smell them.
