Is this your cat male, black, shorthaired roaming around upper fairhill / Onslow gardens area. He came asking for help he is underweight and appears to have contracted a skin condition, no collar, unsure if chipped. I feed him and provide water when he comes. He don’t hang around always on the move. He is tall for a shorthair.
