Black/white Kitten Old Blackrock Road

Description

Since Saturday the 01/03/2014, a young probably male (not sure) kitten is staying in our garden.

It is Black and white and approx. 3-4 months old.
It is extremely shy and is not coming in the house or allows humans to touch it.
We feed it and it finds shelter in our shed.

We are located in the Old Blackrock Road with our Garden
close to Rochelle and Rochelle Park.

I have an update to this post, the said kitten above is definitely older than described, more 5-7 months. And we are still not able to determine if it is a boy or a girl, judging by its behaviour and having 3 female cats, I would nearly say it is a girl too. Not sure.
It ate a lot and is not as afraid anymore, so we were able to see it in its full body size. It is coming in the house and is playing with the cat toys of our own cats (3, which are, after a week of the kitten being around, ok with it being there), but she comes close to me, and sniffs my hands but is suspicious when I try to give her a little rub.
Also the whiskers on its right side are shorter than the left side.

he is still with us, and we are keeping him now.

after 3 months with us, he turned into a fine handsome cat, and we couldn’t be any prouder how he turned out. still shy and nervous when guest are around but at any other time he is a checky and cuddly fellow. And one of my 3 females decided to teach him all she knows. :)

  3. Julia, that is wonderful news that your family and feline family have taken in this lucky boy! Many thanks for the update.
