Responsible Pet Day – Winners of our Photo Competition!!

The Munster Lost and Found have picked the winners of our photograph competition from the responsible pet day.

Two independant friends of the charity have awarded the following winners for the photo competition:

 

1.       Cuddliest : Helen Sheehan with her two dogs Bruno & Kayleigh

 

2.       Cutest: Two Japanese Spitz puppies (Owner Withheld)

 

3.       Most Photogenic:  Husky “Shadow” owned by Roy Noonan

 

4.       Most Personality: 8 week old miniature Shnauzer Odan (Owner Withheld) 

 

Owners have been notified and arrangements will be made to award their vouchers.

Animal of the Week


Ash is a 9 month old male whippet cross. He is a very friendly puppy and is very willing to learn. He loves other dogs and his favourite pastime is zoomies. He also loves his cuddles! Ash walks well on the lead and ignores distractions well for a puppy. Microchipped and fully vaccinated. Contact Lindsay on 086-2112850

The Munster Lost and Found Pet Helpline is a registered charity based in Cork which seeks to reunite lost pets with their owners through our free helpline and database of lost and found pets in the Munster region.

We offer advice to those who have lost or found a pet. We arrange for emergency shelter for stray pets, and if an owner is not found, we make the dog or cat available for adoption and ensure that a loving new permanent home is found.

Every pet that we rehome is neutered or spayed, as well as being fully vaccinated. Our helpline provides practical advice to all pet owners, as well as those who have lost or found a pet and are unsure of what to do

Since our establishment, we’ve reunited hundreds of pets with their owners, and found devoted new homes for many more. We operate mainly throughout Munster: Cork, Kerry, Waterford, Limerick, Tipperary, and Clare.
