Description
Two black collie crosses found on the Western Road in Cork late tonight (12:30 am). They are very friendly and very well groomed. Both have collars and one has a tag with a number. However the tag is badly chewed and the number may not be correct.It rings out without an answer in any case. Both the dogs are very well behaved/trained but are not traffic conscious, they would have been knocked down as they were in the centre of the road
