Frank went missing in Union Hall West Cork two weeks ago. He is a young black cat with a tiny white patch on his chest. 10 months old. We have tried local cat rescues, vets, posters, facebook etc to no avail. He was wearing a bright blue reflective collar when he went missing. He is neutered, vaccinated but not microchipped. We are wondering if he might have been transported to another area in Cork by accident. He is friendly so would make himself at home easily. He is our much loved pet, we have had him since he was six weeks old and we want him home
