B&W greyhound wandering around Mariners View. Anxiously looking for its owners. Seems quite young. Wearing a black leather collar. No phone number on collar.

The greyhound should be tagged in ears. I think you can ring clonmel to find out the owner. Sorry don’t know the number but used to own greyhounds.
