Hi I found a 3/4 month old kitten/ cat . Black and white male cat with a black spot on his chin. very friendly cat but was crying/ hungry cold.
I will post a photo up later.
I imagine this is a pet as he was very friendly.
Mpostly black, white front paws, half of his face is white with a black spot on his chin.
