Description
Billy, male cat, white tipped paws and black tuxedo coat. Friendly, very chilled out cat. Wandered once as a kitten but returned and has never wandered far since so it’s very out of character. Sunrise Crescent last seen which is near Larchville, Lismore Park area of Waterford City. White just under chin, white stripe down his belly and white tipped toes. Not a very vocal cat but his cry is a sad little meow
