Missing since Wednesday 26th February between 4.30 and 5.15pm from Ballyrobert Cross, Ardfert, Tralee, Co. Kerry. He is light brown and while in colouring; has short legs; is marked by a post-surgical wound in his right leg. Is in need of urgent care.
