Description
Sheepdog puppy found tied to Hibernian road footbridge over Southlink in Cork City (near the Elysian and at the back of the South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital). Dog was there from at least 6pm on Thursday 9 January until it was found again at 8.30am on Friday 10 January. Friendly dog, seems healthy.
