large,wire hair terrier,black,bit of a goatee beard,long tail,v friendly,found in kinsale sat night.Been round town a few days,maybe stolen.collor,no id.posters up around town.as far as I know,he is being kept safe for the moment.Have asked the guy to send pic here.my no.is 0876846462,if I can be of any help.
