Description
Small white and black tom cat. His name is Charlie. Had no collar on when he went missing. We think he ran away due to the bad weather. He has a black patch under his chin and one of his ears has a white tip on it. He has a bad eye due to a run in with a dog.
He is a beautiful cat so we have a fear someone might have piked him up.
