My dog scotch went missing on Monday night and hasn’t been seen since he is white an d lemon and he is 8 years old and he is a rescue dog. He us a mix between a jack russell and a terrier. I saw similar dog today on my way to work in Ballincollig close to Supernova. He had brown I think leather collar and something rubber and yellow attached to it. The dog was a little bit nervous like you described but friendly as well, he came to me after while when I had crouched and called him. I am not sure if he wasn’t lost or just walking frilly. It’s hard for me to say if that dog was the one from your picture.
